Yartu Information Technologies A.S. was founded in 2017 as a startup focused on developing an on-premise collaboration suite.

Yartu has received incubation support from TUBITAK (the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey).

What do We do?

Yartu is creating a complete collaboration app that encompasses email, drive, office, calendar, contacts, notes, conference, project management, and forms services.

Yartu Suite delivers services like those of Google Workspace, but with a significant distinction: Yartu empowers customers to maintain their data's security and privacy on their own data center.

On-premise Privacy first

This business model entails running Yartu Suite on the customer's own servers, enabling them to retain full control over their data. We offer a yearly subscription-based pricing model, charged per user, which includes the initial installation, one year of updates, and support. Customers can renew their subscription to receive continued access to updates and support.

SaaS Service first

Our business model involves hosting Yartu Suite on our servers, allowing users to quickly create their own account using their preferred domain and securely storing their data. We offer a Pay-as-you-Go monthly pricing model, charged per user, which includes ongoing support during the subscription period. Customers have a 90-day grace period to access their data if they choose not to renew their subscription.
